Guest guest
I have had OJ and it was fine.. I hav e put refriend beans in the blender that is really good... My favorite is Taco bell beans and cheese cuz it has the sauce. Not the same as enciladas and burritos but it might help the craving. Guest guest
I am getting unwired in 5 days now. Before (about a week or two ago) I would have planned soft meal after meal. But now that I have been sick I don't want food at all. I was planning mashed potatoes and macaroni from KFC (that's what I ate the night I got my wisdom teeth out) but I am worried after not eating much for 5 almost 6 weeks and taking antibiotics, cough syrup, benedryl, I am going to get sick to my stomach. My poor digestive sysyem is a mess already. Anyone have trouble getting going again after being unwired? I mean am I going to want to stop for food on the way home from the dr's office? Or what? I have been looking forward to this day so much but now I'm really scared. Also, how long does this soft diet last? When will the pain and stiffness go away? I just want to be normal again NOT 100 lbs! I want my clothes to fit. All that time I would have loved to be a 0 or 2and now am dying to be a size 6 again! Guest guest
I was drinking OJ the day after my surgery. No pain at all. I've also tried blenderizing chile for some of the south-of-the- border flavour. Works like a charm, tastes pretty good and contains veggies, protein, and bulk. > > > > I have a question for those who have already made it to the soft > > foods.
