Thank you Mara and Dawn! To be honest, I find it pretty hard to believe that one

little capsule is the equivalent to 25 drops of GSE concentrate. I only had a

short and minor reaction (my fear of more pains was the main problem). At that

high of dose, it seems like I should have been moaning in the fetal position.

Regardless, when I try it again in a couple of days, I'll only take 1/4 of a

capsule.

I may just stick with a single capsule for the other 3. I'm just doing the

anti-fungal rotation as a kind of gut maintenance, so maybe that's enough.

I've had a bit of a reaction to. I took one with dinner on Sunday night, and I

recall having 3 stomach pains (followed by gurgling) while I was sleeping late

Monday morning. This kind of freaked me out, because that's the way my bowel

obstructions usually start. My anxiety was also worse, and part of BM was loose

today. Now this site says it's the equivalent of 25 drops!!! (I just checked the

bottle, and it says the same), but I'm certain the site I bought it from (they

don't seem to have it listed now) only said 6 drops (they were either mistaken,

or sent me the wrong bottle).
