Guest guest
I hope everyone had a good fourth and ready to give me some good feedback. I just saw a blurb on CNN saying that scientist have discovered that some depression may be caused because some people do not metabolized the b vitamins. 1. Metabolize I assume that means we cannot break it down into a usable form?? 2. Blood tests. Do they show that the b vits are in our blood and does that mean we actually use it. 3. So many people have regular B12 readings, but do not feel well unless they take shots. This happens too often for me to believe it is simply a placebo effect. Any other opinions on this that I may have missed.
