Guest guest
the surgery entails orthodontics (braces) and surgery... i suspect that most orthodontists will allow you to make payment, but i doubt that's the case for a surgeon , but you can always ask.. depending on where you live , you may have to pay for the surgery room and other hospital expenses... where do you live? > > Hey everyone, I was wondering if insurance doesn't cover it (or some > of it) how do u pay for it?(I can't get a loan) Not really sure on > how it works, do u need all the money together before the surgery or > can u make payments? Guest guest
My insurance is covering about half of my surgical expenses, but because my surgeon is out of network, I have to pay the total to him up front. I don't have any collateral, so the best rate I could get was on a credit card, 3.99% APR for the life of the loan. I'm going to pay with the credit card and the money I have in savings. I will pay off most of the credit card once my insurance reimbursement check comes through. I've heard of others doing this, too, some using 2-3 credit cards if you can't qualify for a high enough limit. > > Hey everyone, I was wondering if insurance doesn't cover it (or some > of it) how do u pay for it?(I can't get a loan) Not really sure on > how it works, do u need all the money together before the surgery or > can u make payments?
