Thanks for your reply, . It's nice to know it may go easier for me once I

get going. Have you noticed any other improvements from the diet besides being

able to eat more foods? I originally looked into this diet for my ASD son, but

the more I read about it, I thought it might be good for me, too. And based on

my die off symptoms, it seems like I am on the right track! Back to the

constipation issue, do you know if magnesium sulfate is legal?
