RE: 8 months out and sitting on a 2 1/2 month plateau

Beth,

I'm in the same boat...my plateau is going on 8 weeks too.....I thought

I broke it but...alas the scale actually says I've GAINED 2

pounds...I've done everything that I can think of, increased my water,

my protein, no carbs what so ever, exercised EVERYDAY and nothing is

helping.....I am lost as well but I know that one of these days it WILL

stop...hopefully soon!!!!! Just have faith!

I was told that to break through a plateau you should go back on clear

liquids for a couple days. That should get you started again. Hope that

helps. I am about to head to the hospital to check in now. YAY! Lots of

prayers please guys! : )
