Absolutely! And some people do better with goat's milk yogurt. I like to switch off, because cow yogurt and goat yogurt taste different to me, and it gives me some variety. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Hotmail: Powerful Free email with security by Microsoft. (Raw seafood is the other thing I can think of in that category.)  Every time I read here about people eating goat's milk yogurt I sort of involutarily shudder.  I'm not knocking it if others like it. I just can't tolerate the taste myself.  n-- Now available.
