Guest guest
After it stops will it grow back in? Micky>>>>> Oh yeah, Micky! Without hesitating LOL Within a few months it will be like it never happened and some say its even more shiny and thicker than it was before (but we know its not....just seems like it as we are all born with a certain numbers of hair follicles and you can lose some but you cant gain anymore than you were born with!) Guest guest
Hi Pam, I too had the same problem at the same time. The best thing you can do right now is to make sure you get enough protein. I still lost hair of a few months, but it made a significant difference when I drank more of my protein drinks. That it he best thing I know to do, but maybe other people have more suggestions!!! Don't let this worry you too much. You are doing great. Jeanne

Guest guest
I agree, I'm still pre op, but for the past 2 weeks I have been taking the brand: Onesource Complete for hair, skin and nails, (2500 mcg Biotin as well as Vit A, C, D, E, Thiamin, Riboflavon, Niacin, Folic Acid, Calicum Citrate, Phosphorus, Zinc, Lutein, Horsetail ect.) and I've noticed a difference already, my nails are growing well, (before they were down to the quick!) and the cuticles are healing and looking better too. I get it at Wal-Mart and it costs 4.94 for a 1 months supply! I work with paper all day at work and it draws the moisture from my hands and nails, but this has worked wonders! Guest guest
Hi, First i want to thank all those who answered me and helped me out. Sorry i didn't answer sooner or personally, but I have been having a hectic month and more. I am not taking any medicines besides eltroxin for my thyroid . However, I have felt that I was / am going thru some problems with ns. the thing is recently, I lost all of hair on top of my head. It was thinning, but not at a rate that all of once, I have nothing left. Can a flare-up of Ns cause this? Both my parents had hair in their old age, so I don't think that's the cause.
