What can do to kill this off?Some natural antifungals include virgin coconut oil (VCO), oil of oregano (OoO), raw garlic, and I think manuka honey. I think you're supposed to rotate them. I'm sure someone else will have some more in depth info for you! he said we didnt need to do a blood test for a few more months and to stay on the SCD diet.Wow, a doctor who is FOR the SCD?? I started the SCD diet 2 days after Christmas when a friend

gave me a copy of BTVC. I had been sick with a severe IBS flare up since the

beginning of November. I was losing weight rapidly. I had been sick with IBS

for the last 23 years. The diet gave me hope and Ive been feeling alot better

but still not 100% and I knew something else was wrong. Last week at the Drs I

requested a blood test for Candida and hde just called me and said I tested

positive and the antibody was a rate of 105 when it should be between 0-29. He

said for it to be so high I must have had it for a very long time. Does anyone

have any info on this?? What can do to kill this off? he said we didnt need to

do a blood test for a few more months and to stay on the SCD diet.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think pau d arco isn't SCD legal.

ooh and low carb veges no fruit - then I was allowed cooked berries a few months

into fighting yeast

I am almost positive it is illegal. Additionally, I have read it is irritating

to the gut.
