I think that's how " normal " bodied people eat. I do know that in the last couple years I've taken to walking to get out the demons. When something is pissing me off, or I'm stressed...my kids driving me nuts, or I just wanna snack for no reason....I WALK! And I keep walking til the " bad " feelings subside. For me, it works. I walk my frustrations right out of there.
