Guest guest
Along that same thought line...does anyone have the those things that we should be taking? I lead a small support group and would like to combine ALL suggestions in one place. Like the 8 things we should take...B12, dry E, protein, A, K, calcium citrate, can't remember the rest. And how much of each? What kinds/brands are best or acceptable? What formulations? Also, flaxseed, Syn-flex, and anything else that you guys could suggest? I know that this would be a blessing for me to have all in one place. Anyone already done this? If so, can I get a copy of it? I would be very thankful for any help. This is really scarey for me. I am on antidepressants. When I came home from the hospital I was put back on the same ones ...now I wonder could any of them be causing a problem. I have read the pouch rules that are posted on another list but I am curious now about specific foods and drugs that could irritate the pouch, disrupt staple lines or expand the pouch. > > I am two years post op and amazed by the amount I could eat if I allowed myself to do so. I am concerned that that may be because I have been drinking diet soda in the last 6 months because the carbonation wasn't seeming to bother me. > > What is the bad stuff to avoid? > > > > > --- > Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. > Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). > Version: 6.0.495 / Virus Database: 294 - Release Date: 6/30/2003 > >
