Guest guest
My 4 yo daughter's casomorphin test from Great Plains was 36 last October. We started GFCF, retested in May and it had risen to 135. She is also sensitive to soy, which we had eliminated this, (except for McD's fries). Great Plains indicated that Soy could be affecting the results. We eliminated the fries, retested recently and the casomorphin is >200! (Great Plains also mentioned digestive enzymes could potentially elevate the reading, but she doesn't take these). Gluten (which I had been more concerned we wouldn't be able to get down) fell from an original level of 160 to 40-50, still above the ref. range of 20, but going in the right direction. Has anyone had a similar experience? Any advice? Pls. e-mail me privately if possible. Thanks.
