So angry at myself

I picked up a package of pancake mix at WF the other day, and after all my

preaching to DH about how he needs to be careful to read the packages, I

didn't, and got the one with buttermilk in it (Pamela's).. DARN! If I could

get my knees to bend backward I'd kick my own butt. As it is, I'm gonna get

my butt kicked because I didn't learn this until AFTER I had fed , and

his reaction to casein is destructive and apathetic behaviour and diarrhea..

So I'll be reaping the benefits of this one later.

Anyone got a good recipe for pancakes or know of a good pancake mix that is

ok? TIA.
