Sorry, guys just coming off Remicade infusion on Friday, seems I loose a whole week, as not good a couple days leading up to it, then a couple days after, but then better. Tim, I do have shooting pain in my head, usually top or left side, actually I get shooting pains all over,

again more left side, I can even be having a good day and they hit from no where, I just grab on to the area of the pain until gone, sometimes a second, or longer.  Nerve pain, I've been told.  If it's bad enough, I take another Lyerica, and it seems to help.  Are you on anything for nerve pain?

i get more shots from the left as well. lyrica seems to tone down the sensation and the burn

I am experiencing the same sharp pains and burning sensation. I have been on Lyrica three weeks but I do not feel any better.

it took me a couple of weeks feel the difference...i take in am and before bed..evening is the time the boogeyman can appear. 75mg....it takes away most of burn and reduces intensity of the zingers...the other drug i was taking gabapentin...it altered my brain so that it didn't care about the pain..just zoned me out

Hang in there and be positive. Ill say a prayer as well. Oh forgot, walnuts are my brain snack..full of omega-3s the brain likes and reduce inflammation up there.
