Guest guest Posted July 27, 2001 Report Share Posted July 27, 2001 The one we all love is: 1 cup GF Flour Mix (Bette Hagman) 1/4 cup dry dari-free 1 TBSP. Sugar 1 tsp. Baking Powder 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda 1/2 tsp. Salt 2 eggs 2 TBSP. Olive Oil Just enough liquid Dari-free to get the right consistency Mix dry ingredients first then add the wet ingredients (add little amounts of liquid dari-free at a time). Whisk them together and cook. We top ours with pure maple syrup.
