Guest guest
My DS was on 2/16/01. I started out at 319.5 and had lost down to 229 but now have gained back to 234 and holding. It is not my TOM and I am a bit concerned. I seem to be losing at a slower pace than other post-ops. I'm about 5'8 " and would really like to get down to 150. I had staretd walking 3 x week for 15 minutes but had to stop becuse my knee swelled up and hurt like crazy. It is getting better so I plan to start back next week. I am getting plenty of protein thru foods and supplemtn. I am taking my vitamins and drinking water. What gives? Does this sound familiar to anyone? Please understand, I am soooooo thnakful for the weight I've lost but would hate to think this is it (or close it IT).I still have 80 pounds to go. Peace TJ

Its called Bone Up, superoior calcium formula microcrystalline hydroxyapatite wtih boron and glucosamine HCI!!! Its 19.95 for bottle of 240 capsules and I take 6 a day.....that is considered my calcium but I think its also the glucosamine that is doing the trick! www.Jarrow.com Judie
