Bellingham WA has the Bellingham Food Coop which has extesive supplies of

GFCF and the preservative, nitrate free meat that I've heard mention (can't

think of the name right now , but supposed to be very good. Is it Apple

something or another?).

Vancouver Canada has the Choices Market/Bakery, Capers and Famous Foods.

All are large grocery food markets that cater to alternative diets,

organics, and healthy stuff in general. Let me know if you need addresses.

The White Spot Restaurant Chain in and around Vancouver also has some good

GFCF menu options. Ask to look at a copy of their ingredients binder for

allergy sensitive people.

GFCF restaurant meals on CA/OR/WA I-5 corridor?

> We are planning a vacation, and wondering if anyone on the diet in

northern CA, Oregon, or Washington (or maybe Vancouver, Canada) has favorite

gfcf restaurant meals (or suppliers) they could recommend? Last time we did

this, we had yummy contaminated (wheat dusted!) french fries in Grant's

Pass, OR, couldn't find the northern CA In-N-Out Burger, wasted hours trying

to find a health food store in Redding, but lucked out at regular markets in

ville, CA and Portland, OR. Hopefully, someone else could email me

with successful meals they do.
