OTC equivalent of nystatin?

I would like to use an otc treatment (dr. won't prescribe nystatin,

long usual story). We use probiotics but I think there is still

lingering yeast. My 2 sons were on antibiotics literally for years

for chronic ear infections. Any recommendations on what and where I
