There is no Schwan's list. You can get a catalog and

call them with the things that you want to know about.

These are the things I asked about and they said were

GFCF:

link sausages

oven-ready french fries

quik taters

sweet and sour chicken

peas

corn

sugar snap peas

green beans

frozen fruit

some hot dogs, don't remember which

orange juice with calcium

fruit punch

apple drink

cranberry apple drink

You need to call and reverify, it's been a while since

I asked about them. Also, you can check the archives

for more that I may have missed, I've listed GFCF

Schwan's products several times in the past few

months. BTW, you can get a vast amount of rice milk

recipes by searching the archives.
