I think this is the recipe, as it was posted, that you were looking

for.

##

Evan seems to like these quick rolls pretty well. I also added some

Italian

spices to make a sort of pizza bread. this was posted to the gfcf

list by

Cheryl and I modified it for us just a bit. It seemed to need more

guar gum

to keep it from crumbling. ---Betty

( This recipe was posted to the celiac list by Jane Conrad. She uses

them

for hamburger or hot dog buns, but I use them for quick rolls. They

seem a

lot like Noah's bread, but have been a lot less temperamental, at

least for me :-) Cheryl)

Quick Rolls

3/4 cup rice flour or sorghum flour

1/4 cup potato starch

1/2 cup tapioca starch

2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp guar gum

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

Mix above ingredients together, and add:

2 eggs

1/3 cup oil

1/2 cup gfcf milk replacement

Bake inside of muffin rings or hamburger roll forms, Sprinkle with

seeds if

you like and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown on top.

Makes about 5 buns. Don't undercook or they will fall when cooling.

Let cool

completely on racks. "

Hope this is it.

This is THE best bread product we have had since starting the diet.

Thanks so much! Have you ever made this into an actual loaf of

bread? I would like to try but don't want to re-invent the wheel.

Thanks again!
