Guest guest Posted July 18, 2003 Report Share Posted July 18, 2003 I started out Tuesday weighing 162.5 lbs (I was up a few lbs) and today I weigh 157 lbs. That's 5.5 lbs...... I've been eating nothing but protein,drinking protein shakes, drinking water, taking my vitamins, and eating very low carbs. I'm going to continue doing this until I get this last 17 lbs off.
