Hi Donna,

If you go to the files section in this yahoo egroup. Here is the

You may have to log in to get there if you normally have all these

posts sent to you via email instead of going directly to the Yahoo

egroup duodenalswitch website (note this is NOT the same website as

www.duodenalswitch.com). You would have chosen a Yahoo ID and

password when you first joined this egroup.

Just log in and in the Files section look for a folder

entitled " Insurance Appeals " . There are 4 Word documents, samples of

my letters which helped me win my appeal.

If you still cannot access them, just email me and I would be happy

to email you copies. Hope this helps.
