I think most of us have had crying days in the bathroom, I know I've been there. So you are not alone. Don't forget to take things slowly. One of the first lunches I ever made was turkey and mayo roll ups in her lunch. You can use any GFCF meats really and just roll them up. You could also make a chicken salad with any leftover chicken you may have. Food For Life bread & Cybros bread toasted are good choices from the Health Food Store. The best bread I think is Kinnikinnick's bread, you can order from their website. Also Miss Robens has fantastic mixes for cookies, etc. that make things a lot easier too.
