able to be used for gfcfdiets. I use the chicken breasts. But not

sure about anything else. If so PLEASE let me know. THANK YOU SO

Once again I am sorry to all the digest readers and

everyone else on the list for hitting the wrong button

twice.

In the meantime:

Mama Cozzi Traditional Premium Speggetti Sauce is GFCF

from Aldi

I had read in the book _Coping with the Gluten Free Diet_ by n

Wood " The word 'starch' or food starch refers to starch made from

corn - tapioca is also used. " Since the book was published in 1982

and I wasn't sure if or how the regulations had changed since then, I

haven't lowered my guard against unspecified " modified food starch "

in ingredient lists, but I also haven't found the time to research

the regs. I'd be interested what anyone else finds if they dig in.
