Guest guest
Here's a question I am wondering about and havent yet seen asked here. I recently went into a trendy store in the mall. I bought a pair of over-alls and a shirt in a size Large. My sister claims in numbers, a large would be like a 12-14. Is this correct??? I know before I bought this outfit, my 16's were literally falling off of me. Just wondering if anyone knows how the sizes match up. Is this correct>>>> Brynn, I would have thought large is mostly 16 or so.....I wear medium but prefer large as I want to be very comfy.....you know like big sweatshirts for winter and sweaters etc? I also think it depends on the brand. Nordstroms for example would run smaller than say, Target etc...... Judie
Guest guest
This was a very trendy type store...mostly teens shop there. I know the large is smaller than a 16 because all of my 16's literally fall off of me, and yet this size large fits well, if not a tiny bit snug. I guess I just want to know because I too see people posting that wear like say a size 10 and they weigh the same as me and are the same height. I know I shouldn't compare...but I think we all do to some extent. The sizes running different makes sense.
Guest guest
Large is a 12- 14. I can wear some 12-14's and some 16's in other clothes. Truly who cares. I couldn't wear them 10 months ago and now ifeel and look much better as I am sure you do. Just enjoy everything. Ellen(Pam
