Hi Renae & Pam,

I am a little over 3 months out and I started out the same weight around same

height I was 254 I have lost about 49 lbs. I think we are all on track as far as

our weight loss is concernced. People who start out higher " seem " to lose more

but in the end it all evens out for the " light-weights " and " heavy weights " .

Just a thought. Dont knock yourself you are doing a good job Renae. And I know

Judie is sitting there reading this message going yeah Lisbeth now listen to

your own advice LOL. *hugs*

promoter of the RNY, told me from the beginning that he would NOT make my

common channel any shorter than 100 cm based on the fact that I was " only "

250 lbs. to start. He felt it was too dangerous. I respected that decision,

and I'm not regretting it one bit. I'm just SO thrilled to FINALLY have a

way to get this weight off of me, once and for all.

I hope that this helps you somehow, and that you give yourself some credit

for doing a fantastic job so far!!!!

Youre right! Each one of you has done terrific in terms of your losses.

Keep it in perspective and you will all do just fine. Ive been there, done

that as well as everybody else on this list......
