Haircut--What's in that talc?

I took 19 month old , who is GFCF with

numerous allergies, to get a haircut Friday evening.

I didn't even think about it until she was already

doing it, but she brushed off his face with the talc

covered brush to get rid of all the loose hairs. What

is in that stuff? His behavior has been perfect, but

he woke up Saturday morning with a rash on his face.

Can anyone help?
