Guest guest
I just tried the recipe off of one of the Arrowhead Mills bags, and it was good! (I also added 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. vanilla, and a bit of sugar for taste & browning). Millet Pancakes (Makes 12 pancakes) 1 c. millet flour 1/2 c. soy flour 1/2 c. cornmeal (the finer, the better) 1 T. baking powder 1/4 t. salt (optional) 1 egg (beaten) 1 1/2 c. water 2 T. vegetable oil Combine all dry ingredients. Mix all liquids together. Blend liquids into dry ingredients. Bake on preheated griddle 350-375 degrees. Turn only once.
