DCCC in Utah

Just wondering if anyone out there is in Utah and might know where to get some

DCCC. I have checked the BTVC website and talked to the cheese managers at

Harmons, Whole Foods, s and Albertsons. I found the Russion Style at a

specialty store but it is too creamy. I also contacted several local dairys and

they do not carry it and were not willing to make a special batch (thought I

would at least ask).

I know Friendship is the big brand on the east coast but even Whole Foods is

having trouble special ordering it out here.

Any ideas?
