Guest guest
Tonya Butter is 90% to 99% fat (somewhere around that percentage) so some people can digest it while they can't touch cheese which has more casein and is dense. I'm one of those people too although I get C. and severe joint pain, not D. [grin]. Do you tolerate yogurt? If not, then I'd say your body is sensitive to casein, the milk protein. It also might be that your are still early on in the healing process, so your digestion can't process cheese for now. You can try it later, after you're symptom-free for a while. Kim M. It gives me D. ~Tonya~
