Guest guest
Greg, I hear you-- I'm into my "winter" mode (which is no different from my summer mode). I was listening to talk radio this morning and the subject was CoQ10. This is essential for building and supporting blood vessels and collagen. It is also 95% the trigger to increase energy. I'll do more research and get back to you-- I know it's one that I've been meaning to increase-- so we'll be seeing if it helps! What is going on out there-- are you all as wiped out as I am? This last week, I've had something to do everyday, and I'm enjoying my Saturday hanging out in my jammies. I hope that when gets home, he decides that we don't have t go anywhere. I know we've gotten quite a few new members this last couple of weeks, so I hope you've found the MESSAGE ARCHIVES AND LINKS section of our wonderful site-- so that if you've got some questions- you are finding answers. Guest guest
Jackie, If I walk too much, my legs feel very heavy, and and I get a lot of pain, when I really push it, watch out, ouch. Yesterday, I went to 3 stores right next to each other, and when I got home my left leg was hurting and both felt heavy, my left leg is the worse. I'm suppose to do 3 sets of deep knee bends a day, from my PT, and I'm lucky if I can do one set, or even 10, some days it's 5. Anyone your not alone in the pain in legs, I'm seeing my doc today and discussing pain with him, as so far everything I've taken makes me so sick, nauseated. I hope there is something new and good, I do take the MSM, and I'm sure it keeps the everyday pain away, but when it's cold or I do too much, I still hurt. hugs and blessings to all, and as little pain as possible, like none:)love ya all, Marla Marla   AAHHHH someone knows something that will increase energy Let me have it. I don't know what is going on but wow have I been drawn lately.  And my muscles in my legs are so sore. am I walking too much. I hope that is all it is. I won't stop not me. I GET KNOCKED DOWN BUT I GET UP AGAIN, NOBODY GONNA KEEP ME DOWN.
