Guest guest
I just wanted to share my excitement with my extended families. As most of us know the closer we get to our goal the harder it is for us to lose those remaining pounds. Well over the last 12 weeks while recooping from knee surgery I started losing again and pretty rapidly,42 pounds in all. I really didn't think people would notice but when I stopped at my job on Friday the first thing they said is " Where the Hell Did You Melt Too, You're So Thin " In my entire life no one has ever said I was thin and I left and went to my car and started crying. They were tears of joy and that really made my day so tomorrow is it, I will start work once again. I started getting used to the laid back life but also missed the chaos of work. I continue to got to the gym as I am working out 4-5 times a week and hope that will perpetuate my continued weight loss but if I never lose those last 20 pounds so be it now it is time to work those muscles and shape that body I have so longed to have. Thanks for all your encouragement, love and support you guys are the best and here's a WLS toast to all our continued success and that tomorrow won't be so hectic LOL. Always be Optimistic as a good Positive Attitude takes us a long way and remember our new motto " a little bit of something is better than a whole lot of nothing " . Please feel free to Email me or call me as I am always here for you and you have been for me.
