Amount bypassed if you know? 70 cm 6. Length of common channel if you know? don't know 7. Pros of your surgery? Being active, traveling more freely, having more options in life (career, etc) 8. Cons of your surgery? None 9. greatest joy- Wow, just one?...looking normal... 10. greatest challenge- Controlling the carbs 11. Your age at time of surgery? 38 12. Any advice to others? (about 5 lines if you can manage) Try to never eat over 1/2 cup of food. Stretching the pouch is real and those with the greatest success seem to not exceed large portions. 13. Your surgery doc? if you care to say Dr. Tillquist Denver, CO 14. Your regimen of food and exercise? (Please summarize in a short paragraph; aprx calories per day estimate/and minutes of what kind of exercise/and how often?) 3 protein shakes and 4-5 small meals, protein first. I do the Body For Life exercise regime: three days of cardio and three days of weights. 15. Which of these adjuncts do you use? (hypnosis, prayer, affirmations, journal keeping, therapy, OA, meddies, etc.) I used hypnosis to quit smoking for the surgery and it still works wonderful. Definitely affirmations and postive thinking, and I see a therapist twice a month for my eating disorder. I'm also on Wellbutrin...just upped my perscription to 3 75mg twice a day. Of course, Online support. 16. What is your daily vitamin and mineral supplementation? Multi vites, calcium citrate, ferrous fumarate iron + C, B12 sublinqual, B100, and dry E.
