I'm pretty new here, and don't have any answers for you, but I thought it might

help if I shared my experience with some of these things.

I'm on my 20th day of the diet. 3 days ago I needed a quick snack when out

running errands, and so I had a plain banana, I had my worst reaction to it that

I've had to any food yet (which is surprisingly few). But I feel fine if I eat

banana that's been cooked. Everyone's different, so your son might not react

that way though. About the Almond Flour, I had a little bit of it just to see

how it would go, I didn't have a reaction or any pain, but I didn't digest it at

all. So I've taken it back out of my diet. I knew it was too soon anyway, but it

was too tempting to add it since so many recipes call for it. Oh well, I'll get

there some day.

I'm not sure about the yogurt temperature question, sorry.

a day and mostly soft to diarrhea with an occasional formed stool we are in

between stage two and three using almond flour, do you think he should keep

trying? Also could he just eat a banana I know he can put in pancakes etc. but

could he just eat a banana?

so I bought a dimmer and used it last night and this morning the water

temperature was 98 degrees do you think that is ok? I know it says it should be

between 100 and 110 but do you think if it was at 98 the yogurt is good?
