Guest guest
Hi Barb, I hope you are doing better. Sometimes it is an effort to just post something. One question, how often do you the WII Fit ? I got it for Christmas and haven't even tried it yet. (First I have to get my son to teach me how to use the WII!) I think I'm afraid of failure , such that I have had with other exercise programs. Now after reading your post , I will have to try it. Thanks for the suggestion. The only exercise program I participated in was a AFAP (Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program). Its easy exercises and movements in a warm pool. Luckily, I got a reduced fee from the gym for a year. Then I lost that and couldn't go back. I miss it and recommend it to anyone that has access to this program. Debbie Subject: I'M BACKTo: Neurosarcoidosis Date: Wednesday, April 8, 2009, 12:13 PM Hello everyone, I just wanted to let you all know I have not been feeling to great lately. I have been reading your posts but did not have anything in me to right back. That attitude i chucked out the window. lol! I went and purchased the Wii Fit on the advice of my physical therapist. I first stepped on it and it said I was obese!! The nerve of the dam thing !!Anyway I first did some balance exercises as this was the first time in about mmm....7 months I tried to move my ass...anyway before I knew it I actually ended up doing a half hour workout.Of course I thought I would wake up feeling like someone had repeatedly run me over but lo and behold I feel like a new person. I swear to you I can even move my leg better. It may be psycho-symatic but who the hell cares I feel better!!Anyway my new attitude is to stop dwelling on what I can't do and try to see what I can do. Each day is a new adventure! I am praying for us all! Hope all is well with whomever is reading this!! Blessings and Hugs~~~Barb
