Guest guest
My doctor said the same thing that other liquids also can hydrate you. Thats whats so nice about some of the protein drinks too. The one thing the dr and nutrionist warned me about was caffeine. It's okay for me to have a little coffee BUT I cannot count it towards my water because the caffiene can dehydrate you. Anyways, its good to try different drinks till you find what works for you and what tastes good. WLS isn't suppose to be torture to our taste buds. Guest guest
i don't know... room temp or ice cold, it just seems " heavy " . the tea is working out great (for now). i also found some flavored waters... they are NOT sweetened, just have essence of things like melon, cucumber-lemon, etc... it's called " smart water " - i found it at the health food store. i like the cucumber-lemon one, but it is pricey... $1.19 per 20oz bottle - so i can't make a habit of these, but they are yummy and hydrating! > Why is it that water makes you sick?
