Hi everyone,

I bought some " Farmer's Cheese " today and it has 2% milk in it. Is that supposed

to be there? It doesn't say DCCC on it so I was wondering if it is called

farmer's cheese we can assume it's ok.

The ingredients are: Cultured Pasteurized Grade A 2% Reduced Fat Milk

It's made by Lifeway

Thanks,

Sherry

Check how many grams of carbs it has listed. If it's zero, it's probably a pretty safe bet that it's okay, because lactose is a carb. I would think so. Look at any cheese that's legal and it will start with cultured milk. enzymes, ect. I believe cultured milk is the same process we use to make yogurt.-UC - 1+ yearsSCD - 7 months 100% strict and 4 months restricted diet.Asacol - 5 pills a dayTo: BTVC-SCD From: s.kurtz@...Date: Tue, 23 Feb 2010 00:13:38 +0000Subject: Farmer's cheese
