I can eat sometimes up to 3/4 of a cup of food...at 3 years out. Like you,

some days, only a couple of bites will stuff me to the gills. It also

depends on the density of the food. Salads I can eat a lot more. Soup, the

same. But denser foods, ie meat, fill me up with way less. I had some

spaghetti yesterday, and I think I may have stuffed in a full cup or at least

is sure felt like it, because I was miserable, and could actually feel a

little lump right where my pouch is. Oh well...back to my oranges. I can

eat one of those, and be absolutely full. If I ate all day long..read,

graze, I could get a lot more food in, but who wants to do that? Best to

keep the food at specific meal times, and don't take too long to eat, or you

end up eating more...and it turns into grazing. I do protein shakes first,

and if I still have room for food, then I do food. Otherwise, I don't.

Clear as mud? Thought so!

Regards~
