I have heard from a few people with conflicting advice/experiences

with these drugs for treatment of osteoporitis in WLS patients. Both

lay and professinal medical people have conflicting advice. Does

anyone else have experience/info with these drugs??

Thanks.

* don't rule out Miacalcin as an effective treatment for osteoporosis. it

can not hurt our pouches in any way and most tolerate it just fine. latest

studies show a 6mo. course will do wonders and I have dexa scans to prove

that.

none of my docs - surgeon, pcp, orthopedic - would allow me to take faxomax

which I'm glad of. considering the 'requirements' for a normal person why

risk it.
