Which Zip-n-Squeeze products are the most useful? Other products?

Good evening, everyone.

My surgery is less than a month away, and I am beginning to put

together a list of everything that I might find useful after I come

home from the hospital. I am thinking of buying a jaw wrap from

zip-n-squeeze web site. Did you find it useful? Where you given

something similar in the hospital, so that buying one wouldn't make

sense? Also, do you have to buy separate cooling elements for it? If

yes, which ones did you buy?

I also want to buy a body pillow or some sort of special pillow to

help me sleep in a semi-reclined position. I've found a few on the

internet, but if you bought something similar, and have advice for me,

I'd appreciate it.
