Guest guest
Hi , I've never seen different grades of epsom salt, so I can't respond to that part of your question. But,as to the where, I've found it at any drugstore, grocery store or walmart. It's usually on the bottom shelf close to the laxatives, or heating pads and it's very cheap. We use at least a cup for every detox bath and sometimes 2 cups, so I buy a big bag every few weeks. ..· ´¨¨)) -:¦:-¸.·´ .·´¨¨))((¸¸.·´ ..·´ -:¦:--:¦:- ((¸¸.·´*
Guest guest
I buy the giant cheap bags from the drugstore. Maybe grade matters if you take it by mouth, but not for the bath to my knowledge. I just get the most economical one I can find. Guest guest
,The difference is I think purity. Both can be used for baths/soaks, but only the food grade one can be used internally as a laxative.AmeliaHusband UC 9 years, SCD 19 monthsLDN 3 mgTo: btvc-scd Sent: Sun, February 7, 2010 5:01:36 AMSubject: where do you get epsom salt from? Guest guest
I get mine at Wal Mart or Walgreens near the pharmacy. It's pretty inexpensive. A 4 lb bag is about $5.
