" , honey, there's nothing wrong with the way you communicate. You may certainly be having some trouble getting the words through your mouth and out so others can understand (especially if you're in a lot of appliances at the moment), but your thoughts are clear, and well expressed, so don't worry on that count! (I'm in the business of communication... have been for 30 years, so I'm entitled to an opinion, right?)
