Guest guest
That's all I drink now. I still probably don't drink enough but it's good to be off soda/tea and have an alternative that doesn't bother me. Out of everything, I'd say getting off cola is one of the biggest benefits of all this. The more water you drink, the more you seem to crave it. Debbie cd houston dx'd 3/02 scd 12/05 with lapses No cd meds atm Hello. Has anyone else noticed a difference in their water intake since they've started the diet? Mine has been much less. I hope I'm drinking enough. If there is a difference, do they say why? Thanks.
Guest guest
I find that the more I drink, the less I want but then...even as a child I had a problem with drinking water. It just doesn't appeal to me and sometimes upsets my stomach. Of course I love it and can't get enough of it when I'm working out so who knows. Really the main effect I feel when I drink more water is I pee more. And no, my body has never adjusted to it no matter how long I keep it up. My doc said something about that and I told him it just doesn't happen. He admitted that his wife has the same problem. Guest guest
I've never been one to get thirsty, so I just " schedule " my water intake. I have a routine where I drink a glass of water at certain points in the day. Otherwise, I would most certainly get dehydrated.
