Sence Ive been on synthroid for graves I think the first thing I should do is

have blood work to check that out. Then guess i'll go from there. But my energy

level is low.Its all I can do to get through my 1 and 1/2 hrs

of exercise a day and regular chores...and that isnt like me.Thanks all for the

reply!

I had been on thyroid for many years but then I changed doctors and we decided

to see if I really needed it. So I stopped taking it for a period of time and

then got rechecked. He said my thyroid was normal so I never took any more. I

did gain weight later on but I didn't think it was a result of stopping the

thyroid. Neither could I tell my energy level changed in any way.

It might have more to do with why you gained the weight in the first

place. I run about that temp too and I have lost 329 lbs in 16

months.
