Guest guest
This has been not one of my best days. I am back on creamed soups for the day. The smell of food, no matter what it is, is making me absolutely sick to my stomach. I still taste the cream of chicken soup that I ate at 4, now it is 6:35. Has anyone had this problem before and if so what did you do? I don't think that locking myself in my car is the best solution but I can't think of anything else. Right now I am in my room and my family is downstairs enjoying dinner. The smell of whatever they are eating is making me so sick. Please let me know if any of you have any suggestions... Guest guest
Bethany, Could you be pregnant? That was my first impression. I am waiting for a surgery date still.. Guest guest
Thank you. I am very worried because I only had about 2 oz. of cream of chicken soup today and a lot of water, when I wasn't getting sick. I can't force myself to eat another thing right now. All this talk about being pregnant is so strange. I am 21 and on the shot so that is not a possibility plus while recovering I am definetly not in the mood. They wouldn't have done my surgery if I was pregnant anyways, so that is out. I was worried that no one had this happen to them. I am glad to hear that but sorry to hear that it lasted 3 months for you. Bethany > OH yes that happened to me for the first 3 months or so. Most smells really > bothered me. Guest guest
Hi Bethany. I just wanted to mention that the anaesthesia from your surgery could also be causing this. I had the same problem after surgery for a few weeks and food tasted funny to me as well.
