SoCal: Kaiser Red Tape Referals:Need for an ENT referal?

Good day all,

Gotta love this. Had an appoinment to see the nurse practitioner @

830am to get a referal to see the Maxillofacial surgeon. Will She

called in sick so the 8:30 appointment was changed to 11:20am for my

assigned doctor. This was not good. These people think I have a job

that just allows me to stroll in when Im ready. Called appointment

center and had them give me anybody whos available. So I got Doctor

Woody . I kid you not he looked and sounded like Woody .

Frightening to have a cross-examination from him. Well he could only

give me a referal to an ENT (Ears, Nose Throat) specialist.

Anybody else going through this? Why the tier process? Share your

thoughts.

If the next doctor looks like Hawkeye Pierce from M*A*S*H, then Im

giving up.
