Guest guest
Most pills can be crushed and dissolved in liquid. If you're using any sort of time-release stuff, that may make a difference. But surely there is some equivalent product you could use briefly instead of anything that can't be crushed. A pharmacist should be able to tell you. Guest guest
I would call your doctor or pharamcist and see if the medication is also in a liquid form, or ifyou can crush it--if you can crush the pills you could mix them in with applesauce, soup, pudding and use the syringe to get it. > > > > I have had laprosopy for endometriosis and am supposed to take > birth > > control to treat it. Guest guest
i found the best way to handle the crushed pills was by dissolving them in orange juice I had microwaved for 15 seconds. The OJ's taste was strong enough to mask the nasty medicine flavor, the microwaving made it not too shocking to my sensitive teeth and the heat gave the pills something to dissolve into because no matter how much you crush, there are still peices and they taste NASTY! It took me about 1 week of gagging on an apple juice mixture before I figured this out. Good Luck!
