Dear All,

I, first, want to thank you all for your responses to

my first post last week and to my questions this

weekend about peanut butter and carb free.

I am very slow getting started in this group as I am

still in the midst of moving. I can tell from what I

have read so far that you people are ABSOLUTELY

WONDERFUL, and I am so happy to be a part of this

group. I can't wait until I have more time to spend

with you all, getting to know you.

Because of your suggestions, I gave-up sugar last

Saturday; I was given the suggestion by a nurse a

couple of months ago to use sugar to help me with

my hypoglycemia. Because of the candy, I had

gained a couple of pounds and was still feeling lousy.

But this week, I have been off the sugar and using

protein (mostly peaunt butter), and I am feeling

better and the cravings are going too. THANK YOU

ALL SO MUCH!!!
