I just dip the end of the strap and let it hang to dry for several hours. Remember too babies who would chew on their straps shouldn't have this in their mouths, but babies who chew harden the straps with their own saliva. s. ee, How are you hardening the straps, with wax? Just wondering, since that does seem like it would be easier...Like you, I (so far) have not found the s to be a PITA, but the Markells sure were!
