Could you send me this information? I am already an Independent Close

To My Heart consultant (rubber stamp/scrapbook sales).

Thank you Renae,

I will look into it since I am a seller at a flee market. But I also have SS

Disability insurance and from what I understand the independent insurance

policies are 450.00 a month.

I will check again though.

Thanks

I am 43 and had surgery 6 months ago. I also did not have insurance

to cover this. I was so desperate to have the surgery I actually sought out

companies until I found the one that offered BC/BS PPO, and went to work

for them. I had the surgery as soon as I could after it went into effect. It

is not an option for everyone but maybe for a few who are looking for other

means.

Also I know that one can purchase insurance independently, I am now

back to being self employed, and looking into the various options.

I am wondering (just a thought) if you could drop your insurnance at work,

buy into a self employed insurance group that covers the surgery? It might

take 6 months to qualify but it would allow some to have the surgery who

could not afford self pay! One of the biggest funds I have found is Michigan

Self Employed and Small Business Owners Insurance. It is a huge group of

people who buy into policies the same way large companies do. One cannot be

" tossed out " because of to many medical expenses. All you would need to do is

to open a small home based business like selling Avon. For anyone in

Michigan I have a number for this insurance group. Hope this helps.

Best Wishes
